Extraction and clearing work remove intrusive or unhelpful energies that
may at one time have served an individual but are no longer useful. This can include unhealthy thought patterns or perceptions (shadow side of our own being), early indoctrination, propaganda, vampiric energies, and even neutral energies or loved ones who are clinging on because they do not know how to get to their next destination. Intrusions can manifest as physical and other symptoms. Clearing them can sometimes be disorienting at first--like any healing or therapy that creates huge shifts, but are ultimately helpful for proper spiritual alignment with one's true self and true purpose.
