Everything is energy.  Sound waves have an advantage over some forms of energy in that they easily permeate solid matter and liquids because of their oscillating frequencies.  Think about those catchy tunes that get "stuck in your head" whether you want them to or not!  Similarly, light and color are other vibrational waves that can affect healing.  Transfiguration and transmutation allows shifting of denser energies into lighter frequencies, where relaxation and new perspectives can blossom.  Healing with spiritual light and sound is incorporated in many other types of healing work, or they can each be used alone.  Crystal bowls, clearing bells, chimes, didgeridoo, drums, rattles and more are incorporated into Ashe's practice.
